Why is Sports Diagnostics important? Sports medicine screening and diagnostics helps us achieve long term fitness results in the most efficient and healthier way. It enables planning adequate personal training and nutrition program, following the aims, health and physical fitness condition of each individual. There is no possibility for mistake or loos of time and the progress is certain and guarantied.

Individual nutrition plan is prescribed specifically for you, by your personal trainer and nutritionist, followed by advice of sports medicine specialist and endocrinologist when needed. It is changed and modified periodically in accordance with your results at different phases of progress, and regular body composition analysis. Nutrition Plan contains guidelines, recipes, recommendations and advice for your everyday healthy and balanced nutrition.
