  • NUTRITION PLAN | Sports Medicine Diagnostics (Prof MD PhD V. Ilić) OR Body Composition Analysis on InBody 270 bioimpedance + Nutrition Plan. It can be planned independently or combined with Small Group Trainings as it is already included in all other programs except Basic.
  • BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS | on professional Bio-Electrical Impedance InBody 270 | It can be performed independently from trainings, together with Nutrition Plan or be combined with Small Group or Online Trainings, as it is already included in all other programs.
  • PNF & FUNCTIONAL MASSAGE | Combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and functional therapeutic massage as a specific stretching method used in therapeutic and training purposes aiming at body relaxation, joint strengthening, improvement of flexibility and muscular strength, especially in the process of recovery.

Why is Sports Diagnostics important? Sports medicine screening and diagnostics helps us achieve long term fitness results in the most efficient and healthier way. It enables planning adequate personal training and nutrition program, following the aims, health and physical fitness condition of each individual. There is no possibility for mistake or loos of time and the progress is certain and guarantied.

NUTRITION

We are as the food we eat. All our efforts, workout, time, money, will be wasted if we don’t accept the fact that the groceries we choose, the way we combine them in our meals, how we prepare our food and when we are taking it, is crucial for our health, fitness and fulfilment of our goals. When I say goals I don’t mean just aesthetics, but the aim we are all striving for – to feel good about ourselves, powerful and content. Individual nutrition plan is prescribed specifically for you, by your personal trainer and nutritionist, followed by advice of sports medicine specialist and endocrinologist when needed. It is changed and modified periodically in accordance with your results at different phases of progress, and regular body composition analysis. Nutrition Plan contains guidelines, recipes, recommendations and advice for your everyday healthy and balanced nutrition. The moment you feel the first positive change and see the difference nothing will be difficult for you. You’ll be empowered by the new strength and you’ll enjoy your new way of life!
